Places of Hope International and our network of partners are assessing the logistics and infrastructure that is in place in Port-au-Prince. We know the immediate needs in Port-au Prince and are taking steps to gather resources to respond to the enormous needs of the earthquake survivors. The scope of human suffering is unfathomable and there is no time to waste in responding.
While our hearts are broken and we feel the pain of time, we continue to pray for the survivors and the relief efforts. We also need to pray for God to orchestrate His plan and that infrastructure will be able to receive the relief supplies.
