My name is Eduardo Heriberto Pérez Reyes. My mother had cancer and died when I was 8 years old. I don’t know much about my father, I only know that he drinks a lot, he lives wandering on the streets and he has never helped me or my siblings. When my mom died, we went to live with my oldest sister in a very humble house and our neighbors were very strange people.

I came to live in Exodo Home with my little sister Carolina on January of 2008. I like living here because they care for me, when I am sick they take me to the doctor, and they buy me clothes. I am learning to play soccer.

I now attend to a special school here in Exodo home. My teacher told me that I am a fast learner.

Eduardo is known by his sweet smile. He has pretty, big eyes where you can clearly see the generosity of his heart.
